30th OPERATIONS GROUP BASE SUPPORT
Base Support will be furnished to the Contractor, TBD, as set out below and per the Performance-based Work Statement for the life of this contract (LOC) to include the base year and all option years (if exercised).
1. The Contractor will be provided office space for on-site employees through the 30th OG and as close to the operational areas as possible.
2. The Contractor will be provided with appropriate office furniture, office supplies, utilities, copiers, meeting rooms, local and long distance telephone, personal computers with Local Area Network (LAN) access, and other normal and routine support items to a permanent working office environment. These items are meant to accommodate the Contractor staff in performance on this contract and minimize government expenses, but the Contractor is authorized to acquire required items and supplies, as appropriate, if not available or authorized through the government.
3. The Contractor will be responsible for their own office supplies (paper, pens, stationary, etc.). Copiers are limited based on need, availability and as approved by the Government (30th OG).
4. Long distance phone calls will be limited to Contractor personnel addressing government/contract corporate business.
5. The Contractor personnel are responsible for taking out their trash to the refuse bins and cleaning up their own office spaces.
6. The Contractor will be supported with badging and access authorizations, as needed to perform the requirements of this contract. Contractors will meet all education, training, security clearance and citizenship requirements for performance of this contract and as directed by the Government.
7. The Contractor will be supported with secure communications means based on need, availability and as approved by the Government.
8. Non-permanent visiting Contractor personnel will be provided visitor badging access and temporary space accommodations to support the contract performance requirements if available.
