STATEMENT OF WORK

FOR

MODIFY LAB FURNITURE, IN SUITE H4 LAB

BUILDING 3

AT

AIR FORCE RESEARCH LABORATORY

ROME, NY

PROJECT NR: ULDF 150302A

23 March 16

1.01 SCOPE

A. The scope of this effort consists of furnishing all design services, delivery and labor, equipment, devices, and materials, and to perform all work required to Reconfigure existing Eaton-Wrightline Lab furniture, and provide new components as required in SUITE H4 Lab located in Building 3 at the Air Force Research Laboratory.

1.02 PRINCIPAL FEATURES

A. The work to be performed involves the following principal features:

1. Develop and document designs for reconfiguring (20) workstations in the Suite I4 Lab to maximize new lab space provided as part of current renovation project.

2. Perform site visits and document accurate field measurements and provide drawing(s).

3. After AFRL/RIOC approval, order and deliver furniture and materials to work area site.

4. Install complete furniture system, furnishings and materials, including all accessories. Remove all packing materials and boxes from the job site.

5. There are existing parts that need to be disassembled and reassembled to create new configurations and all left over parts need to be transported to Depot 2 to be stored.
