Will frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) type wireless transceivers, operating within the ISM band of the 2.4GHz bandwidth, be considered an acceptable form of radio communication between the head end (control unit) and the In-Building MNS/Giant Voice Towers?

Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum type wireless transceivers are not an acceptable form of radio communication. The 2.4GHz and the 5.8GHz bandwidths shall not be utilized by any fire alarm, mass notification or wide area mass notification system.
