About this file

This is a quick start guide for the Weapons Government Reference Architecture (GRA) v5.1, released September 30, 2025, by the Digital Acquisition & Sustainment Operations (DASO) office under AFLCMC/EBRD at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

The Weapons GRA v5.1 is delivered as a collection of Cameo SysML models designed to support weapons systems engineering and acquisition. Key components include: the Government Issued Framework (GIF) model for conveying program requirements and reusable elements; the Implementation Hub (iHub) for data storage and artifact management; program office and contractor information modules; open standards for weapons communication (WOSA v3.5); interface definitions including the Universal Armament Interface (UAI) and Common Flexible Weapons ICD (CFWICD); classification marking guidance; annexes for higher classification content; a USG-only GovHub workspace; and a Library providing tools, templates, and profiles for systems engineering processes. The guide outlines a four-step implementation process: requesting access via the Weapons GRA Request Form, reviewing overview videos from SharePoint or DoD SAFE, opening the 01 GIF mdzip file in Cameo and reviewing the Start Here page, and opening the 02 iHub mdzip file to access the Start Here page and Home section. Questions regarding the Weapons GRA v5.1 should be directed to the DASO GRA team at aflcmc.ebr.dasoweaponsgra@us.af.mil.
