This special notice provides updates for the forthcoming Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) request for proposals. The Government intends to release the official RFP on July 6, 2021 seeking demonstrated proficiency in Digital Trinity capabilities, though will initially accept roadmaps for future compliance. Offerors must submit separate proposals and pricing spreadsheets using the provided template, with comments on the template due by July 3rd. The Government will evaluate proposals on an incremental basis as received. All awardees will receive contracts by the same effective date regardless of submission timing, with notice of award five business days prior. A post-award conference will include both in-person and virtual sessions to establish relationships and discuss the Air Force's weaponry goals.

Miscellaneous Digital Trinity (DT) – The Government is seeking demonstrated proficiency in all three DT areas, however to maximize participation in the IDIQ will accept at this time an offeror’s roadmap (plan) for how to achieve proficiency within a specific timeline set by the contractor. The contractor’s roadmap is a part of the proposal template posted on 24 Jun. Section L page limits will be adjusted accordingly in the final RFP.

Cage Codes – Offerors with multiple cage codes would need to propose once per entity and include all applicable cage codes/ locations for each subsidiary to be awarded a no-value contract under the IDIQ. Only one (1) monetary award of $1000 made per proposal. Subsidiary awards, with no value, will allow each ancillary location to be considered for DO/TO awards independently.

Mandatory Proposal Guide – See EWAAC Proposal Response Guide posted separately Staffing Proposal/ Pricing will be submitted separately on an Excel spreadsheet Proposal response guide is for all offerors to use to streamline solicitation and evaluation and has ample space to meet the requirements Updated 29 June 2021 Changes in Blue
