Digital Capabilities will Revolutionize Weapon Procurement https://acquisitiontalk.com/2020/10/there-is-no-spoon-a-look-into-will-ropers-new-digital-acquisition-reality/
Digital Trinity (DT) – The Government is seeking demonstrated proficiency in all three DT areas, however to maximize participation in the IDIQ will accept at this time an offeror’s roadmap (plan) for how to achieve proficiency within a specific timeline set by the contractor. The contractor’s roadmap must meet page limit restrictions in Sec. L requirements for Subfactor A.
Scope – The Government is interested in demonstrated technical adequacy for the initial award. Proposals should focus on recent and relevant experience in accordance with Sec. M, paragraphs 3.0-3.2.
Cage Codes – Offerors with multiple cage codes would need to propose separately for the IDIQ to be considered for DO/TO awards independently.
Security Requirement at IDIQ Level – SECRET clearance level is preferred for the initial post-award conference DO, however following higher security conditions may be determined by the programs based on specific requirements.
Proposed Proposal Guide – See Proposal template posted separately
