Amendment 03

26 May 2022

Those qualified U.S. contractors who submitted a copy of their DD Form 2345 should have received a copy of Amendment 03 to BAA FA8650-22-S-2501 with Questions and Answers via DoD SAFE.

If you did not receive Amendment 03, you must email the Program Manager (PM), Capt David Walker, at David.Walker.91@us.af.mil and attach your company’s certified, current DD Form 2345. Upon confirmation of eligibility, the SOO and Amendment 03 will be provided to interested parties via the DoD SAFE Website.
