CALL 01 * King Kong SPECIFIC QUESTIONS

1) Q: In reference to the Section 2 II, the anticipated funding table shows $4.2M for FY22. Please confirm this will be the amount to be spent in the initial 12-month period after PoP start as the anticipated award date is 30 Sep 22. Should the anticipated funding table be changed to FY23, FY24, and FY25?

A: Correct, the $4.2M funding is anticipated to be spent in the initial 12-month period after PoP start.

2) Q: The anticipated funding line shows $4.2M for FY22; however, the CLIN structure as provided in the model contract (0001 - Research and Data, 0002 - Software, 0003- Hardware, and 0004 - Residual Materials) there are no estimates provided for ODCs and travel. Please provide estimates for ODCs and travel or provide a plug number for each GFY if available.

A: The awarded contract type anticipated is Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF). With that said, we do not provide estimates for ODCs and Travel. Vendors are encouraged to propose all costs to include ODCs and Travel based upon the estimated funding budget. The CLIN structure shown in the Model Contract, is encompassing of all contract award possibilities within each call, and their applicability is TBD for each call.
