The Advanced Development of Enhanced Operator Capabilities (ADEOC) solicitation is an Advanced Research Announcement (ARA) to help develop, mature, validate, and ultimately transition technologies fostered under the 711 HPW/RHB, RHD, and RHW Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Advanced Technology Development (6.3) product lines. This ARA will enable all RH divisions to more rapidly and effectively acquire advanced experimentation, system development, engineering, and integration skills needed to develop prototype systems for operational demonstration/assessment and transition to acquisition programs for production and deployment.

Highest security classification varies per Call/Award contract. Overall, this effort requires a TS//SCI facility clearance and safeguarding capability. This DD Form 254 will be included as an attachment to the ARA solicitation; each subsequent Call/Award contract will have a DD Form 254 unique to that Call/Award and its unique security requirements.
