About this file
This document is an amendment to a Broad Agency Announcement soliciting white papers for the Airman Readiness Medical Research program. The amendment updates submission requirements to replace DUNS numbers with Unique Entity Identifiers, increases the subcontracting plan threshold to $750,000, updates applicable FAR clauses, and adds DFARS clauses regarding NIST SP 800-171 assessments and restrictions on personal protective equipment from non-allied nations. The overarching BAA seeks white papers from organizations investigating how operational environments and the flight environment affect Airman health, performance, and risk of injury to optimize Airman availability and effectiveness in executing the Air Force mission. The BAA will remain open for 72 months with calls issued periodically throughout the performance period.
