NOTICE OF UPDATE/CLARIFICATION

Please see the updates relating to the ASTRA Program:

The anticipated start date is updated to 01 April 2021. Please understand there is some uncertainty and this is an estimate.

Please all be aware the model Contract is a model intended only as an example and subject to change and negotiation.

Please be aware that hard copy delivery of the proposal including CD is no longer required although is still considered acceptable. Also acceptable is secure DOD SAFE delivery. Please arrange for delivery prior to the due date with Peter Seiley. If you drop off or request a DOD SAFE drop off from Peter Seiley at Peter.Seiley@us.af.mil prior to the proposal due date and deliver pursuant to that timely request the electronic delivery will be considered acceptable with no hard copy required.

Please be aware that reference in Attachment 4 (TO SOO) the last sentence of the paragraph 3.4 states "The analysis may provide predictive information to test planners, used to anchor models and validate simulations and/or improve fidelity of analysis defined in section 4.1 & 4.2." The reference should be section 3.1 & 3.2, instead of section 4.1 & 4.2.

Proposal Due Date and Time remains unchanged: November 17, 2020, 3:00 (Wright-Patterson AFB, OH local time). NOTE: Proposal receipt after the due date and time shall be governed by the provisions of FAR 52.215-1(c)(3).

NO OTHER CHANGES ARE ACCOMPLISHED BY THIS AMENDMENT
