About this file

This document is a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) announcement from the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center seeking proposals to address Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) problems. The CSO functions as an umbrella solicitation from which Calls will be published soliciting proposals for specific efforts related to JADC2's Technology Focus Areas, which include Digital Architecture, Standards and Concepts; Sensor Integration; Data; Secure Processing; Connectivity; Applications; and Effects Integration. Proposals are due by dates specified in subsequent Calls issued under this open-ended CSO. Awards may include FAR-based contracts or Other Transaction Agreements and can fund prototype projects through iterative prototyping. Successful prototypes may lead to follow-on production contracts awarded non-competitively. The Air Force intends this CSO to acquire innovative technologies to advance JADC2 capabilities from a variety of prospective contractors, including traditional and non-traditional defense contractors.
