Notes and Instructions Notes:

1. Complete columns A & C. Columns G through K will be filled out by the government.
2. Use "Wrap Text" to expand cell size while maintaining column width.
3. E-mail questions to the AF POCs listed in the DRAFT RFP with spreadsheet attached in Excel format.
4. Comments will be consolidated into one spreadsheet for all vendors by the government.

Instructions:

Comments must:
a. Be endorsed by the appropriate level of management. Coordinate all comments with the appropriate level of management and consolidate questions/comments into one spreadsheet to submit to the government.
b. Need to be specific and actionable.
c. Comments must describe the specific change and rationale in a concise and respectful manner.
d. Be germane to the document. Ensure your requested comments are applicable to the type of document being reviewed.
e. Be provided in a timely manner.
f. Be in proper format. Please ensure all applicable columns are completed in the provided comment matrix and that the format of the spreadsheet is not changed.
