About this file

This document contains Solicitation Questions and Answers related to a federal contract opportunity for Cybersecurity Training Vouchers.

The key details are:

Solicitation Questions – Round #2

1. It is noted in section 2b of the SOW that the training delivery methods are Onsite Training and Online. Would the training vouchers provided need to include travel for Onsite Training or would this be addressed within a task order? If travel is to be included, do you know the split of Onsite Training vs Online training delivery?

If Travel is required for an instructor to come to the location to tach it would be covered by travel funds allocated by OZI and not contract funds, If the candidate needs to travel for the training as long as it is local there will be no cost. Virtual training is preferred

1. In section 2e of the SOW it states Knowledge Transfer Guarantee. Is this intended to represent that the contractor will provide a guarantee that students will pass the certification exam? We can accommodate this request but want to verify this is the intention of this requirement.

Knowledge Transfer Guarantee is If an employee leaves within three months of obtaining certification, contractor will train a different employee at the same organization tuition-free for up to one year.

1. In Section 2.B Training delivery methods, it has both onsite and online listed. Is “onsite” at your location? Obviously, there is additional cost to travel to your location as opposed to doing the class remotely online.

If Travel is required for an instructor to come to the location to tach it would be covered by travel funds allocated by OZI and not contract funds, If the candidate needs to travel for the training as long as it is local there will be no cost. Virtual training is preferred
