1) - RE: Wide-span – does the engineer want row spacers between the back to back rows? If so – how many per frame & size. Req. is not listed in the appendix.

*Revising specification to add row spacers to wide-span shelving **ADDED to Appendix C

2) – RE: Appendix A – Mezzanine – 3.2.1.8.5. calls out for column protectors on columns near “loading points” – define loading points – their location or just provide a qty of protectors requested.

*All columns on warehouse side of the mezzanine shall have two column protectors in front of each column **ADDED to Drawing

3) – do we have any idea what the ceiling height is in 549?

*Clear heights and minor obstructions are listed on drawings, minor obstructions are intended to be removed by renovation effort prior to MMHS contract **Review Drawings and Follow-up with Additional Questions

4) – RE: appendix D & F – back up power cords – 1 100’ cord per unit or 1 per category?

*One 100’ back up power cord per carousel unit **ADDED to Appendices D & E

5) – RE: appendix F – 3.3.8. – Bollards – req. mentions “next to door” – however I am not seeing bollards by any doors – just the 24 at the ends of the rows. I am seeing (4) bollards on the ends of the tire carousels – which I do not see spec’s in the tire carousel appendix.

*Guards and Bollards are to be approximately placed as shown on the drawings **ADDED to Appendices D & E **Appendix F has been removed from the Solicitation
