About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for an SFS ALPR Camera System, solicitation number FA860125Q0167. The RFI addresses several key questions from potential vendors regarding camera installation, infrastructure requirements, and contract specifications. Key details include the need for new poles and cameras, with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) updated to include camera installation locations. The government requires providing and maintaining equipment (cameras), servicing, training, and unlimited ALPR software account access.

Significant updates include extending the solicitation deadline to 10 September 2025 at 09:00 AM EDT and modifying the pricing breakout table (CLIN 0001) to reflect a true "one-time" professional services line. Vendors are advised to review the updated PWS sections 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5 for detailed information on servicing, maintenance, and SLA requirements. The RFI indicates that existing poles will be replaced, and new cameras will be installed on new poles, suggesting a comprehensive system upgrade.
