About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment to a federal solicitation (FA860125Q00440001) for a Combined Benchtop Uniform Light Source. The amendment modifies the original Request for Quote (RFQ) by extending the response deadline from 12 March 2025 to 26 March 2025 and updating the contract line items (CLINs) to include two spectral and radiometrically accurate tunable light source solutions with spectral ranges of 380-1000 nm and 1000-1700 nm.

The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 334516 with a size standard of 1,000 employees, conducted by the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The requirement is for the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), seeking a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a performance period of 8 weeks. The evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable, with offerors required to demonstrate compliance with the Statement of Work and provide a complete description of the equipment. The government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with offerors or make no award depending on quotation quality and price reasonableness.
