1. Is there a loading dock on site for the Table to be easiest (cheapest) unloaded when delivered? Or will there be access to a forklift on the delivery day

A: No loading dock, but we have a forklift and forklift drivers who can unload it from a truck.

2. Is this requirement attached to an incumbent?

A: NO, this is a new requirement.
