Question: Would it be acceptable to the Government to use divider pages to separate each of the forms included in Volume II, Price & Offer Documentation, and to not place other page numbers on the forms in addition to the pre-assigned page numbers already on the forms?
Answer: The Government does not object to this method of numbering for Volume II.
Question: Would the Government please clarify in which volume and which section / location in the volume the Mission Essential Contractor Services (MESC) plan should be included?
Answer: The MESC plan should be explained in Volume I and all pricing for the MESC should be placed in Volume II. The Government does not have a preference as to the section in which the MESC is located.
Question: The Pre-Termination Inspection section states that the contractor will be notified of “major painting” likewise section 1.13.1 states that 200 sf or less is considered “normal maintenance.” How will the Government pay for major interior painting (areas >200 SF)?
Answer: There will be no painting over 200SF for this effort.
Question: Is there a contractor limit of liability for Service Requests (cost) incurred for labor hour and material after which the Government will offer additional compensation, and if what is the limit amount?
Answer: No. This is a Firm Fixed Price effort and all Service Requests are included in the price of the contract.

Question: In the event an appliance needs to be replaced, will the Government reimburse the contractor for the replacement appliance?
Answer: No. This contract is a Firm Fixed Price contract with no reimbursable CLINs.
