The Government (AFLCMC/PZIO-AB) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106- 1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is "Electro Optical Industries." The services being procured are calibration and repair for 7 black bodies sources (part numbers: CES200-02 S/N 5133, CES200-02 S/N 5307, LS1350-100 S/N 4764, LS1350-100 S/N 4229, WS143 S/N 1874, P1402 S/N 1913, and LS1350-100 S/N 4765). This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received by the response date specified in this notice may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Any correspondence sent via email must contain the subject line "Synopsitation FA8601-15-T-0275. The entire proposal must be contained in a single e-mail, including attachments, if any. E-mails with compressed files are not permitted. Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe or .zip files). Therefore, if the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that.zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at Wright-Patterson. If sending attachments with email, ensure only .pdf,.doc, .docx. xis or .xlsx documents are sent. The email filter may delete any other form of attachments.
