Q&A for Solicitation FA8601-15-R-0116

Question 1: Appendix A, Level 1 service, describes several areas to be Serviced. The square footage only lists the restrooms. Is Level 1 restroom only service?

Answer 1: Yes

Question 2: Appendix A describes the "Task/Service" requested. The tasks listed in Level 2 and Level 3, only list floor care, trash removal and restroom services. Are these the only tasks we will be performing on this contract?

Answer 2: Yes

Question 3: (Page 5 of 6 of Attachment 3 -- Additional Instructions to Offerors) Subfactor 5: Prior Experience Description: This subfactor will evaluate the offeror’s ability to provide sufficient prior experience. Provide the government with sufficient proof of having performed, at a minimum, 1 million square feet of custodial services within the past 3 years. This 1 million square feet requirement is not limited to one contract and, if across multiple contracts, must have been performed concurrently for no less than a 365 day period.

Does the 1million square feet requirement apply to the bridge contract?

Answer 3: Yes

Question 4: Will there be a competitive follow on contract for these services?

Answer 4: No, the follow on contract will be awarded under the AbilityOne Program.
