This is an UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION. Full and Open Competition. The contractor must be registered in the CCR prior to award of contract. Registration may be completed via the DUNNS+CCR website: http://www.ccr.gov/.

NAICS: 237310, SIZE STANDARD $31M. : Replace San Antonio Avenue Bridge, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. Project is for complete structure replacement of the existing bridge with a 20’x4’ box culvert. Replacement of the existing structure shall reduce the length of the bridge by approximately 100 feet and include necessary adjustments to the alignment of the golf cart path and road. Channel protection shall be constructed to prevent erosion of the channel bottom and banks in the immediate area of the bridge replacement. Because construction will result in ground disturbance greater than one (1) acre, the project will require an NPDES storm water permit. The project shall also include restoration of all utilities, drainage, and structures disturbed or damaged as a result of construction. All paved areas labeled to be removed shall be backfilled with topsoil and seeded. An Invitation for Bid is anticipated to be used.

Estimated cost of proposed acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000.
