About this file
This is Amendment 0003 to Solicitation FA857126Q0064, issued by the Air Force Space Command (AFSC) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, effective May 4, 2026. The amendment corrects a system glitch to include all necessary clauses in the original solicitation dated April 17, 2026.
The amendment adds multiple Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses and contract provisions to the solicitation. Key clauses incorporated include: DFARS 252.232-7008 (Assignment of Claims - Overseas); DFARS 252.211-7008 (Use of Government-Assigned Serial Numbers); DFARS 252.225-7002 (Qualifying Country Sources as Subcontractors); DFARS 252.225-7013 (Duty-Free Entry); DFARS 252.225-7021 (Trade Agreements); DFARS 252.225-7048 (Export-Controlled Items); DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Unique Identification and Valuation); DFARS 252.225-7963 (Antiterrorism/Force Protection for Defense Contractors Outside the United States); DFARS 252.225-7966 (Prohibition Regarding Russian Fossil Fuel Business Operations); DFARS 252.225-7973 (Prohibition on Foreign-Made Unmanned Aircraft Systems); and DFARS 252.226-7002 (Representation for Demonstration Project for Contractors Employing Persons with Disabilities). The Item Unique Identification clause establishes requirements for marking delivered items costing $5,000 or more with unique identifiers using data matrix symbology, with contract line item 0001 (TMX-450-50) identified as an exception. The amendment is organized by Uniform Contract Format section headings and does not extend the solicitation deadline unless acknowledged by offerors prior to the specified closing date.
