Question & Answer

Anylogic Professional Team License Solicitation FA857124Q0106

1. I would like to get clarification on the training requirements, since this is a possible 4-year renewal period, will training need to be accounted for, for each renewal year or is the first on-site training for 3 days sufficient? (meaning there will only be a one time training period)

The initial training is fine but we added funds for additional training if needed.

2. Please clarify-some of the part numbers do not match up properly (7742-0004 is 4742-0014 and is 4742-0211).

7742-0004 is the initial license purchase for 4 users 7742-0201 adds the 6 remaining licenses.

4742-0014 renewal for 4 licenses 4742-0211 renewal of the remaining 6

3. Is the optional on-site training necessary and should it be included in the quote?

The initial training is fine but we added funds for additional training if needed.
