CNC Equipment Repair Services Q&A

1. For each machine listed in the PWS as having a warranty, when do they expire?

a. The Makinos come with a 1 year warranty. The DMG MORI’s come with a 2 year warranty on the machine and controller. The DMG-MORI warranties expire 2/1/2023. The Makino warranties expire 3/10/2022

2. How many pallets do each of the Makino 5-ax horizontal CNC machines have?

a. Each Makino has two pallets

3. Igersoll Mastermills are typically gantry-style machine tools. Your PWS is listed as a 5x horizontal. Please confirm the machine configuration.

a. The Ingersoll Mastermill is a gantry-style machine

4. What are the travels in X, Y, and Z of the Ingersoll Mastermill?

a. The travels of the Ingersoll Mastermill are 9’10” in X, 13’10” in Y, and 4’ 9 ¼” in Z

5. What CNC control is running on the DMF machines?
