This is a notice for all interested parties to perform a site visit concerning Modular Structure for KC-46 workload in Building 364 of Robins Air Force Base, Georgia in support of solicitation FA8571-20-Q-0001.
NOTE: COSTS INCURRED ARE AT THE INTERESTED PARTY’S EXPENSE. THE
GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY ANY ASSOCIATED COSTS WITH THE SITE VISIT.
All interested parties should notify the Government Point of Contact via email no later than 6:00 PM EST on Friday, 15 November 2018:

The date and time scheduled for the site visit is:
Thursday, 21 November 2018
1:00 – 3:00 PM EST
The first hour of the visit will be walking the site, while the second hour will consist of a discussion/question & answer session about the requirement. Questions and answers that arise from this site visit will be posted to FedBizOps.gov prior to the response deadline for the RFQ.
No other site visits will be scheduled.
Please provide the full names of all visitors that will be attending the site visit no later than Monday, 18 November 2019. Each visitor must bring a valid driver’s license. All interested parties need to be at the Robins Air Force Base Visitors Center no later than 11:30 AM EST on Thursday, 21 November 2019. All attendees will be transported from the Visitor Center to Building 364 via Government transportation. The Government transportation vehicle will be leaving the Visitor Center at 12:30 PM EST. Anyone not in attendance at that time, will not be able to participate in the site visit.
Please note that some walking and standing on concrete will be required for this site visit. Any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e. ear plugs, safety glasses) will be provided by the Government POC. Attached is the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement along with the map to Visitor's Center. The Visitor’s Center is Building 219;
beside the Watson Blvd Gate (Gate 3).
