About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers file for a Lift Mast Replacement solicitation from the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The requirement involves replacing a 2-Stage Limited Free Lift Mast for a Hyster H155FTM forklift with specific technical specifications: 133" maximum lift height, 108" lowered height, and 6" free lift height. The procurement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method, meaning the lowest-priced quote that meets all solicitation requirements will be selected.
Key details include: quotes must be submitted via email to the POCs listed in SAM.gov, the contractor does not need to visit the base (the government will transport the asset), no delivery is required, and only a commercial invoice is needed for payment documentation. Contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov, be a small business per the listed NAICS code, and respond correctly to the solicitation. The government will evaluate quotes sequentially, moving to the next lowest-priced quote if the previous quote does not meet all technical and administrative requirements.
