Q&A for Solicitation FA855625QA001 18 February 2025
1. Is this a follow-on contract?
a. No.
2. Is this the first time HQ ACC has requested this type of training?
a. HQ ACC is larger than our office, so I cannot answer for all ACC. However, we (ACC A5/8ZN) have had members travel to an already established course. That said, this is the first time we have requested a vendor come to us.
3. Can you please describe the target audience (AO Reps, SSO’s, general security personnel, etc.).
a. GSSOs and Civil Engineer Personnel
4. Does the government anticipate additional training opportunities per year?
a. No future training opportunities are projected at this time.
5. 100-120 students are scheduled to attend, is pricing to be per student or a flat fee for delivery of the course?
a. Either option would work.
6. Does the government expect “preferred customer” pricing for this effort?
a. There is no expectation of it. If it is available, there would be no exception to it.
7. Will the government allow the use of USB drives in order to provide students with course materials?
a. USBs will not be allowed
8. Will the government allow the use of contractor-owned laptops?
a. This class will be held in a SCIF/SAPF, so we would prefer the material be accessed via email or unclassified website.
