About this file

This document is a Contractor Capability Survey for a potential Department of the Air Force contract (Solicitation Number FA8533-25-S-SMLV) related to developing Aircraft Adaptor Groups (AAGs) for the Common Aircraft Portable Reprogrammable Equipment (CAPRE) Secure Memory Loader Verifier (SMLV) for F-16 aircraft. The survey seeks to identify potential sources with expertise in developing production-ready software, prototypes, cables, technical data packages, and associated hardware for ten AAGs to be integrated into the CAPRE SMLV system used by the United States Air Force.

The survey is structured in two parts: Business Information and Capability Survey Questions, covering areas such as company background, commerciality, manufacturing capabilities, and engineering services. It requests detailed information on previous experience with similar projects, software and hardware development, configuration management, test and evaluation processes, and technical data generation. The market research is open to both large and small businesses, with joint ventures and teaming arrangements encouraged. Respondents are asked to submit comprehensive documentation via email to specified Air Force contacts, with responses treated as informational and not binding for future contract awards.
