About this file

The file is a Draft Self-Scoring Matrix for the Next Generation Aerospace Ground Equipment (NGAGE) market research effort. The matrix is designed for potential contractors to self-evaluate their capabilities across two key focus areas: 1) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) delivery and manufacturing of Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) or comparable industrial equipment, and 2) Delivery of technical data, engineering data, and supporting documentation. Contractors must demonstrate proficiency in at least one element of each category by providing work samples, with scoring based on a binary (0 or 1) system indicating capability presence.

This pre-solicitation market research is being conducted by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base to identify potential sources capable of developing and fielding multi-capable and innovative aerospace ground support equipment. The government anticipates holding a virtual Industry Day and encourages both large and small businesses to participate. Contractors are advised that participation in this survey does not guarantee future solicitation or contract award, and the government will not reimburse expenses associated with survey participation. Questions and responses should be directed to the contracting team, specifically Amanda Ragan and Joe Lee.
