About this file
This document is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) for AN/ALQ-131 Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) Pod Parts issued by the United States Air Force (USAF). The market research seeks potential sources with expertise, capabilities, and experience to repair and produce specific electronic component parts, including signal processors, voltage controlled oscillators, filter switches, RF amplifiers, and other related components. The requirement involves procuring 10-15 units of various part numbers across 14 different line items, with an estimated annual contract value of 2-10 years.
Key details include a small business focus, with the government encouraging small businesses, joint ventures, and teaming arrangements to respond. Interested companies must submit comprehensive capability documentation addressing technical capabilities, repair processes, configuration management, inventory tracking, and other detailed requirements. Responses are due by close of business on January 9, 2026, and must be submitted via email to multiple points of contact, including the Program Manager Mitch Westlund and Contracting Officer Daniel Daniels. The government emphasizes that participation in this market survey does not guarantee future solicitation or contract awards.
