About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers file for a federal contract opportunity to provide music services at Robins Air Force Base. The document reveals key details about the current chapel music program, including service schedules and existing resources. Specifically, for Protestant services, there is a Sunday service at 1100 hours with a Tuesday practice at 1645, while Catholic services occur on Saturday at 1700 hours and Sunday at 0900, with rehearsals held an hour before each service. The choirs for both services range between 4-8 members, with volunteer Airmen currently providing instrumental support including guitar, bass, drums, and piano.

The document indicates there is no current contractor performing these services, with the previous contract (F3Q0AC3160AW02) being terminated early due to not meeting requirements. The chapel currently has available instruments including a grand piano, acoustic drums, and acoustic guitars. A typographical error was noted in the original performance work statement regarding the number of service units, which has been corrected and sent to the contracting office. The chapel will fund required music sheet certification, and there are volunteer accompanists available to serve the base chapel.
