About this file

This is a Solicitation Questions and Answers document for a federal contract opportunity (Notice ID: FA850126Q0010) regarding the procurement of a 78th Temporary Bathhouse Portable Shower Trailer. The document addresses four clarifying inquiries from potential contractors regarding contract specifications and requirements. Key clarifications include: both shower and restroom facilities must be ADA compliant; this is a brand-new contract with no incumbent provider; the trailer must contain a total of 4 shower stalls—3 standard stalls and 1 ADA-compliant stall—all housed within a single trailer unit; and the ADA-compliant stall cannot be separated into a different trailer from the standard stalls.

The responses establish critical technical and compliance requirements for bidders, emphasizing that full ADA accessibility applies to both shower and restroom components and that all stalls must be integrated into one portable trailer. These clarifications are intended to ensure prospective contractors understand the exact configuration and accessibility standards required for contract compliance.
