About this file

This Request for Information (RFI) provides details about a site visit at Robins Air Force Base (AFB) for potential contractors. Contractors are allowed one (1) day pass for the pre-bid site visit, with specific access requirements including passing a background check and providing valid identification. All personnel without base access must meet at Building 219 (Visitor Control Center adjacent to Watson gate) on Friday morning at 0920AM, and must bring a driver's license, state ID, or passport, along with current vehicle insurance and registration.

The Robins AFB Access Affidavit will be completed after the contractor is awarded the job, with base access granted for the duration of the project. Individuals must provide two forms of current identification, including a non-laminated social security card, and must be able to pass a background check. After receiving a one-day pass, personnel will be escorted to the specific site visit locations by the designated point of contact.
