About this file

This is a federal solicitation (Request for Proposal) from the Department of the Air Force for radar transmitter repair services. The solicitation (FA825025R0658) is a total small business set-aside for 25 test, teardown, and evaluation (TT&E) radar transmitters and 25 repair units with NSN 5840-01-153-2250, along with associated data deliverables. The contract requires engineering source approval and is restricted to technically qualified offerors listed on the Contract Screening Analysis Worksheet.

The solicitation includes multiple line items: radar transmitter TT&E and repair, plus data submissions for Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAVAF), Repairable Item Inspection Report (RIIR), Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CPP), and Engineering Change Order (ECO). The government intends to award to the lowest-priced, technically qualified offeror, with delivery timelines of 30 days for TT&E units and 120 days for repair units. The estimated cost is $94,750.00 per line item, and the contract will be awarded from Hill Air Force Base, Utah, with electronic proposal submission preferred.
