Databus Upgrade Presolicitation Notice (Solicitation No. FA8232-25-R-B013)
Q&A
Question 1: Will the Government provide clarification on its anticipated schedule for this program? Section 1.4.1 Program Execution Phasing Overview provides a five-phase execution approach, however, industry would benefit from an understanding of the expected timeline associated with each of these phases. Will the Government provide individual timelines for each specific phase as well as the overall projected contract period of performance?
Answer 1: The overall projected contract ordering period is twelve (12) months from date of award and the Government is estimating 18 – 24 months after receipt of order (ARO) for delivery of four (4) initial prototypes under CLIN 0001. However, offerors will ultimately propose the schedule for accomplishing the individual tasks/phases including an overall proposed delivery lead time (e.g. 18 months ARO).
