The training will probably be best resourced through a vendor-maintained SME sure capacity. | No, there will not be any CLINs for surge support SMEs should be maintained through the primary contributors to the construction and design of the data lake. | |

| PWS 3.8 | Technical | Will the subjected effort require the contractor to have a current facility clearance (FCL) OR only the resources we provide need to have Secret clearance and the govt will help hold their clearances? |
We are in similar spot with another agency. They like our emerging tech work and waiting for us to be onboarded once we get to interim FCL. And the FCL will potentially start by our large prime on another contract.
Will you sponsor FCL for deserving contractors?
The PWS in Paragraph 3.8 states: “The contractor will also need access to a facility with SIPR access while not at HAFB within 6 months of contract award. SIPR sponsorship will be provided by the 309th.” This means you will need a facility clearance.
We have never sponsored a business for FCL.
