Question and answer documemt – Tensile Tester Calibration Q1. Is there an incumbent contractor currently performing these services or is this a new requirement? If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract number?

A1. This is not a new requirement. We have an emergency calibration contract that was put into place with the contract number being FA8224-17-P-0039. The original requirement before the emergency contract was FA8224-14-P-0060.

Q2. Do you want price list pages with our proposal?

A2. Yes, please provide price list pages with your proposal.

Q3. Should this have a delivery schedule or be a period of performance?

A3. This acquisition is for a service so it will be a period of performance (POP). The POP for CLIN 0001 is February 1, 2018 to February 1, 2019. CLIN 1001 POP will be from February 1, 2019 to February 1, 2020. CLIN 2001 POP will be from February 1, 2020 to February 1, 2021. CLIN 3001 POP will be from February 1, 2021 to February 1, 2022. CLIN 4001 POP will be from February 1, 2022 to February 1, 2023.
