Response to Questions regarding Solicitation FA8224-13-R-0075
1. What is the design pressure of the air compressors?
• The name plate on the compressor says the design pressure is 300 psig.
2. Which oil is currently used in the compressors?
• The compressor has Ingersoll Rand Techtrol Gold Synthetic Lubricant.
3. Are we to leave line items designated for Parts & Materials used during Unscheduled Maintenance and/or Emergency Repairs blank and provide no documentation?
• Yes. Do not provide unit prices or a net amount for these line items. Parts are to be provided at cost. After Unscheduled Maintenance and/or Emergency Repair has taken place, the contractor will furnish catalogue prices of the parts and materials used to the Contracting Officer as proof of cost.
4. Are unscheduled maintenance and/or emergency repairs to be quoted on an as needed basis for the one year term?
• No. Please provide labor hour rates for applicable labor categories in accordance with the instructions provided in line items 0003, 0103, 0203.
