About this file
This document is a Sources Sought notice related to the Remote Radome Replacement Program Industry Day for the U.S. Air Force's Atmospheric Early Warning System (AEWS) Program. The Air Force is hosting a 3-day industry day event from September 10-12, 2024 in Iqaluit, Canada to provide an opportunity for industry representatives to observe remote Arctic sites, discuss requirements, and provide feedback to assist with acquisition planning and program strategy. The government is seeking input from vendors capable of manufacturing, removing, transporting, constructing, and installing 28-foot and/or 55-foot radomes. Interested sources must respond by July 8, 2024 with a list of things they wish to observe, recommendations, and specific questions. Attendees must possess a U.S. or Canadian SECRET security clearance. The goal of the event is to ensure synergy between the DoD and industry, provide insight into remote Arctic conditions and challenges, incorporate industry feedback, communicate radome requirements, and gain understanding of recent industry developments.
