About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) seeking vendors with a fully developed Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) training course for the Collins PRC-162 radio. The training must cover MUOS Waveform basics, USAF provisioning processes, spectrum requests, JSMPS profile requests, JIST group requests, COMSEC ordering, JENM applications, and terminal operations. The training requirements include 15 detailed sections covering topics from basic MUOS systems knowledge to terminal planning, provisioning, and operational procedures.

Responses are due by March 24, 2025 at 14:00 MST in the form of white papers limited to 20+5 pages (10 pages text/content plus 5 pages for photos/screenshots). The RFI requests vendors provide a proposed timeline covering radio provisioning, actual training delivery, and post-training support. Responses should be submitted to contracting officers Wendy Farley and Mitchell Gooslin as unprotected PDF files. The RFI explicitly states it does not constitute a Request for Proposal or commit the government to any future contract, and respondents will not be compensated for submission costs.
