16. (GEN-15) DELETED
17. (MACH-05) Unless otherwise noted, kellering is allowable on all profile-toleranced surfaces not parallel or perpendicular to the feature's primary datum. Kellering is allowable on chamfered surfaces. All kellered surfaces are subject to a profile tolerance zone equal to
0.020 inch and oriented in the plane perpendicular to the direction of kellering.
18. (MACH-09) All corner radii intersecting plane surfaces shall blend smoothly from .02 to .12 corner radius.
19. (MACH-11) Unless otherwise specified, general surface mismatch shall not exceed .005 inches. Mismatch within 0.060 inches of the tangency of intersecting features (such as the intersection of a corner radius and the side of a stiffener) shall not exceed .010 inches, except that mismatch at intersections of equal height flanges and stiffeners shall not exceed .060 inches. The fillet radius associated with any surface mismatch shall be .09 inches minimum.
20. (MBD-12) Solid marker application of flag notes only (not datum target areas or feature control frames) shall have a surface profile tolerance all over of .060 regardless of feature size relative to datum A (primary), datum B (MMC {if applicable})(secondary), datum C (MMC {if applicable})(tertiary).
*21. (FIN-34) For noted area(s), omit general finishes (anodize, primer and topcoat) and instead conversion coat only per MIL-DTL-5541, Class 3.
*22. (FIN-32) For noted area(s) omit general finishes (anodize, primer, and topcoat) and instead brush chromate conversion coat per MIL-DTL-5541, Class 1A.
23. (019231) It is permissible to omit top coat and primer from surfaces identified as Datum A.
Additionally, it is permissible to omit top coat and primer from localized surfaces no larger than a circular region .75" in diameter as needed to facilitate fixturing.
24. (019418) It is permissible to omit the application of top coat as specified in Note 13 and instead apply at the 162D611621 next assembly level.

This dataset containing the 3D representation of a part, its associated 3D geometry, 3D dimensions, 3D tolerances, and annotations along with its corresponding material and notes report specify the complete master definition.
905. (MBD-02) Annotation found in the MBD dataset may point to a solid entity that is not the master 3D geometry. These entities are called markers. The annotation is applicable to the area or volume of the master 3D representation geometry that contacts or intersects the marker (the marker may be fully embedded within the master geometry).
