| Question Number | Document | Section/Paragraph | Page Number | Question/Comment | Government Response |
| 1. | CUI SOW | 2.1.3 and 2.4.6 | 3 and 9 | What is your vision of where AF-owned spare LRUs will be stored, plus your vision of whether the CLS management of those spares is expected to include full-time on-site presence of a CLS person(s) at the ARTS-V1 operating locations? | Can the sources sought be priced both ways? One with the contractor on site to provide timely availability of of spare units, minimizing impact to mission and pilots training. And the other with utilizing the logistics process already in place at the ranges to ship and receive the LRUs. |
| 2. | CUI SOW | 1.2.1 | What is the Period of Performance for this overall? What is the support PoP for the existing system and the two systems to be delivered in FY26? i.e. if the delivery of qty 2 systems is FY26, does GTRI (incumbent) have a 1-year warranty and required CLS support would start in FY27? | Since we are currently under ICS, and the USAF is committed to maintain a minimum of 1 yr ICS post delivery of the last system, ICS period could be extended until September 2028 so the Gov is looking for CLS starting Sept 2028 under a 5 yr plan with options afterwards. |
