About this file

This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by the Department of the Air Force, Directorate of Contracting at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The amendment number is FA8203-26-R-0005-0001, dated 14 January 2026, and modifies the original solicitation FA820326R0005. The amendment establishes and incorporates a Statement of Work (SOW) dated 15 January 2026, superseding the previous version from 16 December 2025, with administrative changes to formatting, section numbering, and CDRL references. Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) A/B/C 002 through 011 have been updated for administrative purposes, and a CAV_AF reporting requirement document has been established to support CDRL requirements. The RFQ closing date remains unchanged, and all other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain in effect.

The solicitation covers the remanufacture of valve assemblies (NSN 4820-01-389-4712 LE) with a basic award of four units and two options of two units each. The contract requires firm fixed pricing and is designated as a DX-A1A rated contract. Approved sources include Eaton Aerospace LLC (Cage Code 99643), The Boeing Company (81205), and Thomas Instruments Incorporated (5H860); alternate sources must satisfy Manufacturing Qualification Requirements. The basic award delivery is 60 calendar days, with Option 1 requiring 90 calendar days and Option 2 requiring 60 calendar days. Inspection and acceptance occur at origin, with quality assurance under higher-level contract requirements. The contract must comply with AS9100 standard, requires IUID marking, and designates DLA Distribution Depot Hill (7537 Wardleigh Road, Hill AFB, UT 84056-5734) as the ship-to address. All work is performed on an "all or none" basis with evaluation based on lowest total evaluated price. DCMA provides technical and administrative oversight per the Landing Gear Quality Assurance Letter of Instruction for CSI and CAI inspection requirements.

5. Multiple Awards The Government intends to award one (1) contract based on "All or None". The Government will not consider any offers for less than the quantity offered.

6. Contract Award The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.

Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and delivery standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. In the event discussions are held, offeror responses to those notices will be considered in the evaluation.

(IAW FAR 17.208(e)) The Government may require the delivery of the numbered line item, identified in the Schedule as an option item, in the quantity and at the price stated in the Schedule. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within .”15 DAYS PRIOR TO EXPIRATION OF BASIC AND/OR OPTION(S)” Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate that like items are called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree.

(ii) Obtain medical treatment for those affected by the material; and

(iii) Have others use, duplicate, and disclose the data for the Government for these purposes.

(2) To use, duplicate, and disclose data furnished under this clause, in accordance with subparagraph (h)(1) of this clause, in precedence over any other clause of this contract providing for rights in data.

(3) The Government is not precluded from using similar or identical data acquired from other sources.
