FOR GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL
Item A. Self-explanatory.
Item B. Self-explanatory.
Item C. Mark (X) appropriate category: TDP - Technical Data Package;
TM - Technical Manual; Other - other category of data, such as "Provisioning,""Configuration Management," etc.
Item D. Enter name of system/item being acquired that data will support.
Item E. Self-explanatory (to be filled in after contract award).
Item F. Self-explanatory (to be filled in after contract award).
Item G. Signature of preparer of CDRL.

Item 1. See DoD FAR Supplement Subpart 4.71 for proper numbering.
Item 2. Enter title as it appears on data acquisition document cited in Item 4.
Item 3. Enter subtitle of data item for further definition of data item (optional entry).
Item 4. Enter Data Item Description (DID) number, military specification number, or military standard number listed in DoD 5010.12-L (AMSDL), or one-time DID number, that defines data content and format requirements.
Item 5. Enter reference to tasking in contract that generates requirement for the data item (e.g., Statement of Work paragraph number).
Item 6. Enter technical office responsible for ensuring adequacy of the data item.
Item 7. Specify requirement for inspection/acceptance of the data item by the Government.
Item 8. Specify requirement for approval of a draft before preparation of the final data item.
Item 9. For technical data, specify requirement for contractor to mark the appropriate distribution statement on the data (ref. DoDD 5230.24).
Item 10. Specify number of times data items are to be delivered.
Item 11. Specify as-of date of data item, when applicable.
Item 12. Specify when first submittal is required.
Item 13. Specify when subsequent submittals are required, when applicable.
Item 14. Enter addressees and number of draft/final copies to be delivered to each addressee. Explain reproducible copies in Item 16.
Item 15. Enter total number of draft/final copies to be delivered.
Item 16. Use for additional/clarifying information for Items 1 through 15.
Examples are: Tailoring of documents cited in Item 4; Clarification of submittal dates in Items 12 and 13; Explanation of reproducible copies in Item 14.; Desired medium for delivery of the data item.
FOR THE CONTRACTOR
Item 17. Specify appropriate price group from one of the following groups of effort in developing estimated prices for each data item listed on the DD Form 1423.
a. Group I. Definition - Data which is not otherwise essential to the contractor's performance of the primary contracted effort (production, development, testing, and administration) but which is required by DD Form 1423.
Estimated Price - Costs to be included under Group I are those applicable to preparing and assembling the data item in conformance with Government requirements, and the administration and other expenses related to reproducing and delivering such data items to the Government.
b. Group II. Definition - Data which is essential to the performance of the primary contracted effort but the contractor is required to perform additional work to conform to Government requirements with regard to depth of content, format, frequency of submittal, preparation, control, or quality of the data item.
Estimated Price - Costs to be included under Group II are those incurred over and above the cost of the essential data item without conforming to Government requirements, and the administrative and other expenses related to reproducing and delivering such data item to the Government.
c. Group III. Definition - Data which the contractor must develop for his internal use in performance of the primary contracted effort and does not require any substantial change to conform to Government requirements with regard to depth of content, format, frequency of submittal, preparation, control, and quality of the data item.
Estimated Price - Costs to be included under Group III are the administrative and other expenses related to reproducing and
d. Group IV. Definition - Data which is developed by the contractor as part of his normal operating procedures and his effort in supplying these data to the Government is minimal.
Estimated Price - Group IV items should normally be shown on the DD Form 1423 at no cost.
Item 18. For each data item, enter an amount equal to that portion of the total price which is estimated to be attributable to the production or development for the Government of that item of data.
These estimated data prices shall be developed only from those costs which will be incurred as a direct result of the requirement to supply the data, over and above those costs which would otherwise be incurred in performance of the contract if no data were required. The estimated data prices shall not include any amount for rights in data. The Government's right to use the data shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of the contract.

BLK 10, 12: The first TO report per shall be delivered 45 days after contract award. The following updated reports shall be delivered monthly by the 15th of the month through the PoP.

a. Drawing Preliminary/Draft Copies: The contractor shall submit a digital data sample. The contractor shall submit "B" size paper preliminary drawings to block 14 addressees for review of format, content and accuracy of drawings 30 calendar days prior to final delivery. AFLCMC/EZGEM requires 10 working days to review drawings and provide comments to AFLCMC/WWAEJ for return to the contractor. Subsequent to receipt of government comments, the contractor shall then within 30 days submit corrected paper preliminary copies to the block 14 addressees for confirmation of acceptability prior to final delivery. Contractor shall deliver 2-D assembly engineering drawings in PDF and associated list media PDF.
Contractor shall deliver applicable 3-D CAD model in native file format of Siemens NX.

9. Tailoring to ASME’s as follows:
ASME Y14.100-2004
(1) (Application Data) para 4.6 - Application Data is required on firsts sheet of each Drawing and Associated List. General use or multi-use notations is allowed.
(2) (Drawing Notes) para 4.26 - Drawing Notes shall be on first sheet of each drawing.
(3) (Language) para 4.26.1 - Drawings and Associated Lists shall be in the English language.
(4) (Drawing Notes-Contents) para 4.26.6 (f) - Flag note symbol used shall be consistent throughout the entire TDP.
(5) (Drawing Verification and Approval) para 4.27 - For newly created Drawings and Associated Lists contractor signature block format is acceptable provided it meets the requirements of ASME Y14.1. In addition the following blocks shall be added to signature block:
AF Authentication and Approval Date, AF Release and Approval Date. Contractor names shall be used for Checker, Engineer, Engineering Approval, and Drafter. AF names shall be used for AF Authentication and AF Release.
NOTE: AF Authentication and AF Release names will be provided to contractor by the Engineering Data Management Officer from AFLCMC/EZGEM prior to final release of the engineering drawings. In addition, at the time of Government acceptance of TDP, the contractor and government shall sign AF Form 2602 (Engineering Document Release Record) for each newly created Drawings and Associated List. Government will provide AF Form 2602 to the contractor. Release dates on AF Form 2602, Drawings and Associated Lists shall match.
(6) Drawing numbers shall be Air Force drawing numbers that will be assigned by AFLCMC/EZGEM (Attn: Ben Dunkley requesting Air Force Drawing Numbers/Cage Code). All unused AF Drawing Numbers shall be turned back to AFLCMC/EZGEM.
When using Air Force Drawing Number and Cage Code, dash numbers shall comply as follows:

Monthly Status Report

1. WORK PERFORMED DURING REPORTING PERIOD
During this reporting period, A-10 AWSME sustainment was performed under this contract as detailed in the paragraphs below.
1.1 WORK PERFORMED
Program Management
• Program Management
Performed project planning, task definition, cost system updates, and task status updates.
Prepared and delivered the Monthly Status Report.
• Quality Assurance
Performed the monthly QA AS9100 audit; all findings were satisfactory.
Updates & Enhancements
• Reports and Queries –Custom reports and queries are anticipated to be defined by the A-10
Reliability Council, the supply chain logistics group, and potentially other groups.
• Equipment Specialist Report – SwRI has drafted, executed, and provided the report to
John Sucillon for evaluation. He approved the draft. The draft was provided to
ANYBODY for review. The report was moved to production as a standard report to be automatically refreshed and posted to AWSME on a monthly basis. It is located under the ‘A-10 Equipment Specialist’ report category and named ‘A-10 Items’.
• Reliability Ranking Spreadsheet Report – SwRI completed and delivered the draft
Reliability Ranking report initial version which includes the WUC Ranking worksheet.
SwRI is received review feedback from ANYBODY and Government personnel and completed the updates. The report was moved to production as a standard report to be automatically refreshed and posted to AWSME on a monthly basis. It is located under the ‘A-10 Reliability’ report category and named ‘Reliability Spreadsheet’.
• Application Updates
Fleet Management – High level concept discussions were continued between SwRI and
ANYBODY engineers for planning purposes. The subject matter expert (SME) for this effort will be an Air Combat Command (ACC) representative. SwRI created a draft presentation for initiating discussion with ACC and provided it to ANYBODY. Further action is pending a requirements discussion with the SME. Further activity will be accomplished under follow-on contracting efforts.
Configuration Matrix – The subject matter expert for this effort is Robin Robison.
Updates for existing known capability updates were continued. Partial updates were completed and tested on the SwRI development web site and demonstrated during the
TIM. The remainder of the updates were in-work with completion and deployment prior to end of contract, 14-Sep-2012. Testing will be conducted with Robin Robinson on Pre-
Production and, upon successful testing and CCB approval, release to Production.
• Interface Control Documents – No work was required during the reporting period.
• Upgrades
AWSME Portal – The SME for this effort is John Doe. SwRI performed minor updates as requested. No further changes are planned.
A-10 Support Equipment (SE) Roadmap – The SME for this effort is Jane Doe. SwRI performed minor updates as requested. No further changes are planned.
A-10 Purged Data –The SME for this effort is John Doe. The Purged Data Tool is available to the AWSME user community. No further changes are planned.
System Architecture – The SME for this area is John Doe. SwRI performed testing and updates to the HTML files and made them available to the AWSME beta test user community. SwRI is awaiting receipt of the acceptance test procedures from ANYBODY for use in final testing prior to formal deployment. No further changes are planned.
JRAMS Development Environment – SwRI engineers continued to work with
ANYBODY engineers to discuss the required guidance processes and procedures associated with developing applications for integration with the JRAMS environment.
Other Direct Costs
• Consultants – As required in completion of the above describe technical tasks.
1.2 MEETINGS
SwRI engineers supported technical interchange meetings and training meetings as required.
1.3 MASTER ACTION ITEM TABLE
The Master Action Items Table is maintained by Anybody, Inc..
1.4 SCHEDULE
The Project Schedule is maintained using Microsoft Project and reflects the current project baseline. The schedule is included as Appendix A and will be available in the next monthly status report.
1.5 DATA ITEM DELIVERIES
Data Item status is summarized in the following Data Item Summary Table. The first two columns of the table identify the data items. Columns three and four represent the dates for delivery of draft and finals, respectively.
The first date in the column is the contractual requirement, the date within parentheses is the planned delivery date, and the date within brackets is the actual date the item was delivered.

1.6 RISK MANAGEMENT
Risk issues and associated mitigation plans are identified in Table 1.6-1. There are currently no significant risk items.

R01 A fixed amount of funds is allocated for performance of software changes or updates. In the event more changes or updates are identified than allowed for in funding, the requests will be prioritized and worked as funding permits.
Each change/update will be reviewed and estimated. ANYBODY will be asked to review the change/update estimates and rank them in the order of priority. Tasks will be prioritized and worked as funding permits.
R02 The interface to GCSS-AF DS has to change from an ODBC to
SFTP. This is being worked by
JRAMS and GCSS-AF personnel.
The J-RAMS team is actively working to replace the ODBC connection by
October-2012. GCSS-AF is working to correct problems with the SFTP tool. The new data acquisition is working for approximately 98% of the acquisition. The remaining 2% will be addressed next period. Thus far, the impact has been low to null.
2. WORK PLANNED FOR NEXT REPORTING PERIOD
The following is a summary of the activity planned for the next reporting period.
