| For purposes of this RFP, a critical subcontractor is defined as any subcontractor whose capabilities are utilized by the prime contractor for purposes of completing this Minimum Capabilities Matrix, to include subcontractors and other business entities of the Offeror’s common parent corporation. |
| The number of critical subcontractors shall be limited to no more than four (4) for the purposes of fulfilling the requirements contained in the Minimum Capabilities Matrix. |
