2026 WoW VIP TENTS
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
75 ABW/XP – Airshow Committee 7323 3rd Street
HILL AFB, UT, 84056
15 January 2026
INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
The 75th ABW Airshow Committee (Committee) is charged with providing a Commander’s VIP Tent for the upcoming 2026 Warriors Over the Wasatch Airshow. The purpose of this tent is to provide a first-class and professional environment to host state and local leaders, current and prior senior-level leadership, and other distinguished guests invited by the commander. At the previous airshow, the Commander’s VIP Tent accommodated over 200 VIPs each day.
SCOPE OF WORK
The contractor shall provide all required equipment, materials, and labor to deliver, set up, and subsequently tear down and remove temporary tents, tables, chairs, linens, and outdoor furniture for the 2026 Warriors Over the Wasatch Airshow. The setup shall be in support of the Commander's VIP Tent. All provided items must be in clean, well-maintained, and serviceable condition.

The contractor shall perform the following services:
· Delivery and Setup: Transport, unload, and fully install all items listed.
· Teardown and Removal: Fully dismantle all provided equipment and remove it from the installation site.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
· Event Dates: 27-28 June 2026
· Required Setup Completion: All items must be fully installed no later than 25 June 2026.
· Required Removal Completion: The site must be cleared of all contractor items no later than 29 June 2026.
· Hours of Operation: The airshow will be open to the public from approximately 07:00 to 19:00 daily. The contractor is responsible for the equipment during this entire period.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
Work will be performed on the flight line at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The specific setup location will be designated by the Government Point of Contact (POC).
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Insurance: The contractor shall maintain sufficient insurance certifications, valid through the contract's period of performance, at a value determined sufficient to cover any damage or losses. The contractor shall hold the U.S. Air Force harmless for any negligence caused by the actions or inactions of the services being provided.
Base Access: Contractor personnel requiring access to Hill AFB for delivery, setup, or removal will be subject to base access requirements. This may include providing names and driver’s license numbers for background vetting. All personnel may be required to present proof of identification upon entering Hill AFB.
