Pg 3 para 1 Is the “Place of Performance” the same as the FoB Details on Page 8?
Each delivery will be defined in the delivery order SOW, it will be at the FoB address.
Pg 7 para 1 Does the “Inspection and Acceptance” mean deliveries are to be to 7304 Wardleigh Road The I and A will be identified on each order. This one is identifying the address of the DoDACC responsible for inspection and acceptance for this basic contract. Appendix A Price List and Section B on the solicitation
Is it possible to outline how many drums of each boiler product is used on an annual basis ? For example , “ 2 drums of 40% morpholine per year; 3 drums of internal treatment per year , etc.
The REQ provides for either 6 months purchases of 6 drums or 5 year purchase of 30 drums . To clarify , does the REQ provide for a one time purchase of 30 drums to last for a period of 5 years or , alternatively , 3 drums every six months ?
Don’t confuse Section B on the solicitation with the Appendix A price List (CLIN estimate template). Section B is more or less and estimate for the (Lot) orders to be placed annually on CLIN 0001 or for the six months for CLIN 0002. The Appendix A has the estimated quantities of each product annually on the 5-year and a total for the 6-month ordering periods. These are what the Government estimates will be needed for every year or the six month. The Government reserves the right to order, less, or more depending on the need. That is reason for the estimated quantity on the price list. The quantities will be called out on each individual task order. Section B is more of a place holder for contracting, but still an estimate of (Lot) orders for each CLIN.
Appendix A is where you will need to focus for your estimate.
SOW
