MEMORANDUM FOR

FROM:

SUBJECT: Description of requirements needed for Fitness Tracking System

This memorandum is to describe the equipment needed for the purchase of a fitness tracking device. The following is what is required:

1) Long range microwave reader with Wi-Fi—must be constant GHz RFID does not “blink”

a. Cannot have a back RF lobe—with back readers, there could be “false reads”

2) Software needed to store and track fitness tests—must be constant GHz RFID does not

“blink”

3) Tough tablet with software preloaded

4) Long range microwave tag – Military grade

5) Full system must be rechargeable and either 110v or 12v

6) Annual service policy to include automatic software upgrades and technical support for 3 years

7) Technical Support

8) Local one-day training
