Questions and Answers Vacuum and Ion Gauge

Question 1: Are you in need 3 new gauge sensor heads? Or do you need to send 3 existing ones in for calibration? If you do need new gauge sensors, I will need to get the model numbers so I can see if we have them in stock or if I need to order them.”

Answer 1: We are not sending anything for calibration. We need the actual items.

Leybold CS3 vacuum sources Leybold IONIVAC ITR90 ion gauges Question 2: There are a few flanging options on the IONIVAC and you can get it with or without the display. There is a DN25 ISO-KF version or DN40 CF. Do you happen to have the exact part number handy?”

Answer 2: We should not need a display as it will work with the display on the CS3.”
